Yellow. Aroma light malty (caramel) and some hoppy notes. Flavor light sweet, light light bitter/acidic. Watery. MikeRa (12), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 16, 2008 Updated: Jul 21, 2008I love this beer. This beer a taste that everyone can enjoy. It is one of the US best pilsner beers that is around. weezfour (122), Oradell, New Jersey, USA Apr 16, 2008 Pilsner? Who knew? Flavor for days! It’s pretty much one of the worst fluids on the planet. Toxic runoff included. Avoid.
hero12 (58), USA Apr 14, 2008 Typical American Pale Lager. Very wattery taste, somewhat skunky smell. Probably the best, extremely cheap, light beer. Better than bud light but thats about it. Illini08 (528), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA Apr 14, 2008 I’ve been offered a Miller Lite a couple of times over the past weeks in situations where I would look like a jackass to turn them down (ie someone already bought one at the bar for me), so here it goes: Extremely pale yellow pour with a small white head. Aroma is of corn and little else. The first drink or two taste awful. After that, it’s like drinking water. Just some slight corn aftertaste. If I’m going to drink swill, I’d much rather drink Budweiser products. Apache (18), Georgia, USA Apr 12, 2008 Pretty awful, but it was the keg beer of choice for college parties as it was a step above keystone lite. decaturstevo (1971), decatur, Tennessee, USA Apr 11, 2008 btl thanks to jcwattsrugger a gag gift (no pun intended). Did a blind tasting of 4 light beers. Miller lite, Bud light, Straub light, and a Fla lite beer that was mislabled at the factory. It work out kinda like this:
Miller lite 3.2
Bud light 3.0
Straub light 2.9
Fla lite beer that was mislabled at the factory 2.5
Hands down the ML was the better beer not a lot of flavor, not a lot of body, but carbonation was decent. It looked good it smelled like I guess it should. I’m just not crazy about the style. For those of you who wonder why some people don’t rate to style? I still don’t know I try so there is a 1.5 factor in my rating multiply these rates by 1.5 and it will give you the number you want. thanks John:) cheerstevo EricE (446), Fairfax, Virginia, USA Apr 11, 2008 I have been drinking good beer for several years and started rating several months ago. I decided to return to my roots for rating number 100; those years in college of drinking the cheap stuff. So I went to happy at a local bar, explained the situation and received a blank stare from the server, "You’re 100th rating is going to be a pint of Miller Lite at Applebee’s in College Park, Maryland?" I carefully evaluated my pint, scribbled some notes on a napkin, and quickly chugged down the rest so I could move onto to better beers.
