Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is wheat, coriander, fruit and perfume. Flavour follows the nose.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Pale yellow with a small white head. Fruity aroma with a perfumed spiced note. Sweet with a fruity tart note, lots of mirabelle.

Bottle @ End of the year, Odense Tasting 2012. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Fruity and yeasty. Phenolic and vaguely tart. A bit of wheat.

Cloudy pale milky yellow beer, big irregular creamy head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet sugary, floral, yeast, bit soapy, freshly cut grass. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet start, fruity, a sour touch, green apple skin, bit yeasty character. Aftertaste: green apples, little sour, bitter, yeasty touch, lemony. Is this beer with apples? (looked it up, apparently it’s with plums, which explains the sour touch)

33cl bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell is a bit sour and yeasty. Taste is about the same: sour apples, yeasty and a bit musty. Low to medium body, sharp carbonation.

Hazy yellow colour with big creamy white head.
Aroma of yeast, sweet candy, cantaloupe and watermelon.
Flavour is mild bitterness, fruity sweetness, cantaloupe (probably mirabelle plum), mild tartness and mild yeast. Drinkable but I wouldn’t drink this every day.

Hazy pale yellow with a medium, frothy, white head. Aroma has apples, citrus, coriander, wheat, light cranberry and mirabelle freshness. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is grainy wheat, apples, coriander, cardemum, light citric fruit. Fine crisp tartness from the mirabelles. Fresh.
