COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Clear light brown coloured beer with medium white head and lots of carbonation. Spicy fruity and malty aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is malty roasted with some wodden hints ending bitter. Nice soft one!

33cl bottle with a brunette wearing a santa’s hat. Pours a dark cloudy amber, with a white head. Smells of caramel malt, red berries and spices. Flavor is caramel, and peaty hops. Finishes dry. The flavor was a pleasant surprise; very unexpected.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, orangey-golden body under a dense, finger-thick off-white to beige head leaving lacings. The aroma is fruity with a spiced peppery note, followed by a touch of solvent or similar, still a really pleasant aroma. The flavor is peppery with some caramel and cellar hints, bog myrtle maybe, and sugary fruits and licorice. It’s medium to full bodied with some alcohol warmth. Lasting finish. A strange but nice beer I would like to have again in order to dig deeper into. 110513

(bottle, 33cl, 7.0% abv) Cloudy, amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Quite fruity and herbal hoppy aroma combined with caramel-malt and mildly spicy notes. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, medium bodied at most with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty base with a present fruity, even slightly piney hops profile; a bit slim and delicately caramelly finish but again with a pleasantly hoppy touch. Nice one. 17.VI.11

330mL. Poured a hazy tea amber with a healthy, sheen, off-white head. Big lace. Nose is rye, spices, earth, grain and off-character. Cinnamon apples come forth as it opens up but there is still something a little odd (herbal, anise, old licorice). Taste is very dirty and earthy almost like potting soil. Very sticky sweet body with too much toffee and brittle. Sugary and licorice dominant.

Sweet vinous nose with a touch of raisin and some toffee. The taste is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lots of fruit, lots of caramel and herbal hops.
