Bottle at home. Pours bronze in colour with a thin head. Slight aroma of yeast, malt and some earthy hop. Taste of sweet juicy malt and then a good balance of bitterness. Complex palate: slightly syrupy, fruity, rich and smooth and the alcohol strength is evident. Long, dry finish.

Pours an amber copperish color. Nose is of interesting christmas like spices, and nectarines, bready. Taste is sweet, oily and medium mouthfeel, gentle bitterness fading quickly, citrus notes. Not the usual sweet bitter belgian tripel. Gravitates more toward a good IPA.

33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Kaleva.
Pours clear dark golden color with a small head, lots of yeast sediment in the bottle. Sweet toffee and caramel on the nose, lots of honey, spice notes, yeast and some malts. Sweet honey and toffee dominate the flavor with a mild spicy kick and a yeasty finish. Alcohol moderately well hidden. Decent, though a bit too sweet Abbey Tripel.

Amber hazy with rich off-white head. NIce sweet yeaty aroma. Sweet taste followed in a while by strong bitterness, which remains in the aftertaste. Certain fruity notes.

Drank at home with Patrick 17-3-2014. Good blond beer. Fine taste, nothing really jumps out but it is pleasant to drink.

Botle, 33cL. Home. An orange opaque beer with brown hues ; rare bubbles ; medium white head ; average retention. Biscuit aroma, fruit (citrus, quince), resign (intense), herbs. Medium sweet, medium to heavy dry bitter refreshing ; warming background. Full body, silky texture, average carbonation, sweet finish, resin notes. Overall, delicious resinous tripel ale !
