Jaune trouble, légèrement ambrée. Explosion du safran mêlé au houblon. Une curiosité qui ne plaira pas à tous.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 rand (1000) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 16, 2013

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Idiosynkrasie (1844) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 16, 2013
330ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bitter and floral saffron aroma. Taste is minimally sweet malty, floral saffranic overtones with a soapy touch. Not my cup of tea.
2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 madmitch76 (9867) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 9, 2013
23rd January 2012 Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Light minerals. Predictably soapy saffron. Dry finish. Bleugh! Saffron could possibly work in a beer but never more than a pinch!

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Bart (2917) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JAN 5, 2013
33cl Bottle @ home. Amber coloured beer with medium carbonationa and a large but diminishing white head. Very special floral fruity metallic hinted aroma. Typical safran hints comming back. Medium to full light creamy palate. FInish is sweet floral herby again slightly metallic with a longer safran like slightly unpleasant lingering. Decent try but I don’t think safran and beer are made for each other.
