330ml Bottle - Hazy amber/copper in colour. Cinnamon, orange peel, pepper and malt in the aroma. Fruity, tangy and spicy taste with raisins, caramel and orange peel detected. The pepper is noticeable in the finish, but is fairly subtle.

Als je het flesje opendoet is er een zeer sterke peppergeur. Maar als je het eenmaal drinkt valt dit goed mee. Je proeft het licht, maar het stoort niet. Leuk om eens te drinken

33cl bottle. Hazy and orange liquid with medium and white head. Nose : yeast and tart with obvious dominating aromas of pepper and cooked vegetables. It has a soapy and hoppy character too. Sip : medium body with creamy texture. Quite smooth. Low carbonation. It’s sweet with flavors of cereals that reminds a bread. Some notes that reminds butter cookies. Esters are present but dominated by aromas of pepper, herbs and vegetables. The aftertaste is estery and peppery. The pepper flavor is also unusual because it doesn’t go the same line as the usual pepper notes developed by hops. It’s more chemical and vegetable like. Anyway it’s far from being delicious. It isn’t that bad though.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with off white head. Nose/taste of fennel, seed, pepper, spice, caramel, sweet malt and sage. Taste is thinner and light on the palate. Nose is very pungent with overabundance of spice.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sugary sweetish aroma, some caramel and fruitiness, some vegetable spiciness (coriander - pepper). Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, caramel and some vegetable peppery spiciness. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, light caramel, some spiciness and light alcohol. Sweetish strong ale with vegetable spiciness - not very enjoyable.
