33 cl bottle, bbe ? Hazy peach amber with some fine but vivid carbonation, small but rather dense and lasting white head. Fruity (peach? apricot?), hoppy, metallic and a bit earthy nose. Initially sweetish - apricot again - with a lemony tartiness, followed by dry, crispy hoppiness which stays on for minutes, in the beginning mixed with some dry citrus. Faint notes of pepper, too. Velvety, light but mouth filling and satisfying palate. Quite close to a good saison actually.

Bottle. [thanks to Feldthaus og Søren]
Pours clear orange-amber with a fine, small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has a little caramel, some drynes, vanilla, pine and some cellar notes. Impressive creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry and spicy, well hopped, some peity notes, ginger, caramel. Good hops and a rather elegant beer. Nice!

bouteille 33cl.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden and presumably filtered, but if you shake up the typical, rich Millevertus sediment you get a very unclear, orange, completely opaque beer. Rather limited head. Lovely dry, floral nose. And even if the malt-sweetness is rather pronounced, it’s definitely the dry, fresh aroma hops that dominate this beer. Had it been a bit stronger it would have come close to being a "tripel". No less than three malts and three hops were used. This was the first Millevertus offering, and so far it’s also the best. 240505

Bottled. Aroma of grass, herbs and citrus. Hazy, light amber, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, citric, bitter, herbal, grass, quite complex, dry and warming. It has all the characteristics of a saisin so I rated it as a saison. Very nice beer.

Aroma consists of yeast, citric fruits and some spices. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, thin, white head. Taste is sweet, slightly sour hoppy and fruity (grapefruit). Decent brew.

(Bottled) Witbierish-golden color with a small head. Slightly sour, dryish fruity and flowery aroma. Fruity, flowery-hoppy flavor. Medium-bodied, quite low-carbonated palate. A decent, hoppy, sourish brew.

Hazy blond coloured beer with average carbonation and a small white head. Fruity aroma, accompanied with yeasty typical Millevertus touches. Full palate. Finish is yeasty fruity, very special long bitter fruity finish. Nice, lots of taste.
