ZBF08. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. Thin flavour. Boring. Just slightly plasticky.

ZBF 2008: Cloudy yellow with a flimsy white head. Strong spicy bubblegum, clove, and yeast aroma. A bit chemically. Also smells like it is still fermenting. A bit thick in the mouth. Mellower than the aroma. There is some sort of green astringency in the back. Feels heavier and stronger than the 4.5% ABV on the label.

Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, brief head. Vague grassy nose. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel. and light body. Flavour of dough and metal. A bit lifeless with a finish turning towards blood.
