Frothy to creamy, lightly yellow head. Good looks. Aroma of smoked malts: whiskey, beech, malts (lightly), orange, flowers. Very fine and complex aroma. Moderately bitter, very complex flavour. Very lovely smoked! This is just great attempt to the style. Lacing. Aroma is leather, caramel malts, some yeast and slight hints of roast. Flavour is burnt wet wood with some leathery hints. Also some caramel malts and earth in it. Arome de malte sucré avec quelque notes d’herbes sec. Goût de malte fumé légé, avec des notes de gingembres. The taste is gritty smoked wood and malt flavor.
