A copper coloured ale with a pale and crystal malt base, balanced by tart tangy fruit flavours and Kentish grown hops, ending with a distinctive clean finish.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 08. Gold, thin bubbly white head. That’s grim. Woody, not right, even Andrew didn’t like it. Green apple and not ready. Awful.

Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London.
Amber, no head. Moderate bitter aroma, not giving away the massive bitter flavour to come. Strong bitter flavour with amazing length. Exhausting for the palate but enjoyable.
