2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 JMerritt (1602) - Macomb, Illinois, USA - JAN 11, 2008
Straighty golden with a medium-sized white head. Sweet corn aroma, rather grassy. Moderate hoppy flavor, more corn, and lots of dry grain. Crisp palate, moderately carbonated. Another yawner from Millrose.
1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 thedm (4126) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 2, 2007
This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated straw yellow colored body. The mild aroma was malt hop. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild hops and mild astringency. Not one that I would likely buy again.
1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 michael-pollack (4884) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 1, 2007
Draught: Faint aroma of Pils malts. Poured golden in color with a small white head that diminished. No lacing. Clear. Sparkling. Looks thin. Flavor of corn. No hop flavor at all. Light body. Thin, watery texture. Soft carbonation. Another brew I refused to finish from this brewer.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 DrnkMcDermott (2450) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - MAY 10, 2007
Sampler at Millrose. Smell is a little sugary. Flavor is light indeed, and a bit bubble-gummish. A mild noble hop that’s at least detectable. About all I can say about this.

On tap at brewery. Bland, even for a pilsner. Clear, yellow-ish golden color. Hints of corn on nose. Not memorable.

Light yellow color, filmy white head, nose of mown grass and creamed corn, very little bitterness. Typically blah pilsner.
