This poured a reddish-brown color with a frothy off-white head. The aroma is rich with malt scents but only slightly sweet. The main fault with this beer is that it’s a bit watery in the mouth, which lessens the flavor. Very malty with only the slight hopping that one expects in an Irish ale. Clean finish.
