Sampled. A heavenly hazy yellow glow with massive head. Smell of ginger.. but somewhat pissy.. as is the taste. A semi-sour, cidery, wheaty slightly pissy funky ginger taste and mouthfeel. Iíve had worse, but Iíve also had better.

Big in your face ginger but mellows on the finish. Huge farmhouse/field/wild character but incredibly enjoyable!

Sample @ Millstone. Hazy light gold with no head. Sharp ginger character. Some spicy, peppery character. Peppered lemon flavor. Hints of honeycomb. Medium body, a touch oily. Good.

Interesting mix here but Iím not a huge ginger fan. Makes for a different mix though. White wine color. Bottle pour at Glenís.

Bottle at DC Epic Sour Tasting 2014. Hazy pale yellow color. Nice aroma of fesh ginger, berries, apples. Taste is a nice combo of tart apples and herbal ginger on a background of swet berries. Gorgeous.

750ml bottle pours a clear, bright straw gold with zero head but plenty of obvious carbonation. Nose hits you right away with bright ginger root, some lactic acid, a little home made yogurt, some vitamin C tablet, green apple skins, some past due apple juice. Flavor is tart, lightly sweet, a little champagne grape, green apple skin, raw ginger, yogurt, some limeade. Bright, lightly lactic finish. Maybe a bit heavy on the ginger, but still nice.

Poured a very light yellow color with a thin white head that faded quickly. Very bubbly. Aroma is quite tart with lots of ginger and honey. Some berries as well. Taste has lots of ginger with blueberries. Good mcintosh flavors. Overall nice.
