Late harvest peaches pressed and fermented with raw honey, aged in oak, then blended with our aromatic cider. Fruity and tart with undertones of raw peach pit and skin all to quench a mid summer’s thirst.

sample pour at the source..definite peach aroma with taste and nose of white peaches which I enjoy tremendously..light spritzy mouthfeel..doesn’t have boozy character..solid..but not one of my favorites that I tried here

Bottle. Clear golden pour with no head. Peach, honey and sweet aromas. Peach sweetness, honey, almost malt liquor the like wet malt tones?!

Nice complex aroma with peaches, herbs, cheese, and some rye. Taste has peaches with oranges and other citrus flavors. Slightly tart and acidic with a nice creamy peach finish. Very good!

From standard clear 750ml bottle. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color, actually a touch of light pink hues in it too, with a fizzy wispy head. Aroma is light tart peach notes, sweet fruits, tart apple character. Flavor had a nice light peach character to it - a little pucker, not really all that sour though. Alcohol pretty well masked.
