Crystal clarity sits beneath a frothy white head. Moderate levels of carbonation elicit Saaz hop aroma, plus grassiness and honey tones of soft North American 2-row barley malts. The flavors match the aromas, with a moderate bitterness to preface the light, exceptionally delicate body of this light golden lager. It has been aged for five months to give it natural clarity, softness, and the elegance of a classic Pilsner lager.

It’s a crystal clear straw with some white head. The hop aroma is very grassy and earthy, and behind it I notice just a bit of a corniness. The flavor is massively grassy, with a lingering bitterness on the middle of my tongue. It is deep, earthy, and herbal. There is a hint of sweetness, perhaps some dimethyl sulfide.

Draft at Millstream Beer & Chocolate tasting event. Poured a clear golden color with a white head. Some nice lace was left behind on the glass. Smelled of pale malt, honey, and pleasant grassy/Euro hops. Light to medium bodied and dryish. Hoppier than I had expected, but not overly so. Grass and cereal grain flavors dominated, but there was also a hint of grape candy. Another good beer.
