Pours a nice golden color with a medium well retained head and some lace. Aroma has some nice baguette breadiness and a bit of sweetness complimented by a nice mild hop character. The flavor is fruity and a tad sweet but in no way sickly or unbalanced. There is a nice herbal hop bite the likes of Bitburger, perhaps it’s just because this is more fresh than the standard Bitburger I have but the hoppiness is so much better here, but similar none the less. There is a nice clean but fruity malitness paired well with a nice dry cracker character in here as well. I could drink quite a few of these, and I just might.

Bottle from Brennan’s. Poured clear straw golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweeter lemon notes over honey and bready malts (all of it was sweet, actually).. soft overall and very approachable. The flavor found an initial hit of tart lemon, but after that it was all sweet again.. honey led with bready notes and other pale malts backing.. plenty of sweetness plus a twist of lemon on the finish.. this flowed a lot like a palindrome. Lighter-bodied and sweet on the palate with decent movement across the palate.. not great on any facet of the drink, but it was remarkably drinkable.

Bottle. Pours to a very clean golden body with lots of rapid carbonation. There’s a nice white head sitting on top. The aroma is crisp malt and silage. Nice sweet tettnanger and saaz hops. Lightly spicy. This is a very crisp and clean malt flavor with sweet silage and hops. Dash of light spiciness. The palate is very clean and nicely carbonated. This is really easy to drink.
