Red and orange blend in the glass underneath an off-white head. Aromas of bread, bananas, and sour cherries sit on the head, while a thick body transports those aromas to the palate. Brewed with sour cherries, then fermented with the Johnís White Ale yeast strain, this beer is finished with the addition of wild yeast to complicate the flavor.

A cloudy unearthly red with almost no head. The aroma is lightly fruity, with a bit of wood and funk; the flavor roughly alcoholic, with some berries. A strong bitterness is simple and harsh.

Draft at Millstream Beer & Chocolate tasting event. Poured a murky medium brown color without any significant head. Pleasant nose that included the likes of dark fruits, distinct caramel, and hints of clove and brown sugar. Full bodied and a little sticky in the mouth with delicate sweetness. Raisin, date, toffee, and brown sugar flavors. There was also a hint of maple syrup. Good stuff.
