Cask; Regular.
A combination of Maris Otter and Crystal malts give this ale a pale golden colour with slight caramel flavours.
A combination of English and American hops give nice balance of bitterness and flavour to this delicious session ale.

Not a bad beer for those of you who like weaker beers. In keeping with most of Neilís beers at has a bitter taste to it but drinks stronger than the gravity suggests

Cask gravity at Thirty Nine Steps Broadstairs. Clear gold thin white head. Unexciting golden ale. Not much hop a little peach flavour. Average English golden ale.

Huddersfield Beer Festival. Golden with a very small head. Has a chewing gum aroma and a sugary candy sweet taste.

Cask conditioned at Fleetwood Beer Fest í12. Gold with white head. Dry, reasonably bitter beer, some flowery hoppiness but all a little basic, grainy background. Itís ok.

Cask, gravity at Oxford Beer Festival, Fri 28th Oct 2011 Slight haze to this otherwise it is certainly golden with just a few stray bubbles. Hops are there but less up front than expected, in fact this is just a quite simple golden beer with little to gt too excited about. Difficult to rate stood up with glass, programme etc in hands as well. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
