Taste is sweet, with some sour crispness and sharpness. Quite tart and with a bit of woodiness and softness in the finish. Nice.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a cloudy almost milky yellow with a small rough head. Peely appley aroma. Medium body, very low in carbonation, dry and astringent authentic apple notes yet with an underlying sweetness. The whisky accents are there but subdued. Again a late sourness. 110510
