Bag in a box at The Harp, Chandos Pl, Covent Garden, London, 04.06.11 Pours hazy light/mid amber. Starts with a little sour tang ends with a drying finish, mildly appley & fruity throughout. Not sure that the Rioja ageing adds anything save for the colour, its ok, but I was not so fussed. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Box at the Harp. Pours cloudy, pink-gold. Funky apple nose, dusty. Light to medium sweet flavor, dry and dank. Medium bodied with very fine carbonation. Ultra dry finish, mild apples and sugar, more dust and dankness. Great stuff.

Gravity mini cask @ Chelmsford beer festival - 3rd Feb 2010
Really hazy affair this one; not at all eye-catching.
Aroma is oak; casting sugar, wood, faint Rioja notes. Taste is oak, wood, honey, faint Rioja, quite sweet, generally ok balanced and a good cider. Enjoyable to drink despite the appearance.

@ the Harp. Apricot color, flat head but gorgeous! Bright funky fruit aroma is delicious and enticing. Goes through a real journey here, juicy palate is almost all flat. Excellent barrel character oozes resin and wood, barrel action is like lambic funk. Lots of apple sugars on top too. Delicious!!

@ Harp, bag in a box. Hazy orangey-amber colour. Appley, sort of slick mouthfeel. Light barrel note, with vinous character. Some late tartness. It’s ok, but for me this didn’t really come together.

A Mes rate. Bag in a box at the Harp.
Slightly hazy orange brown colour. Great sweet and tart wood balance, just hints of the Rioja but it comes through a bit more in the finish. Pleasant smoky note in the finish. Plenty of character, bags of flavour, bloody good stuff.
