on tap-pours an off white head and hazy amber color. Aroma is citrus-grapefruit/pine/resin/some pineapple, some light/medium malt. Taste is citrus-grapefruit/pine/resin/herbal hops, secondary medium malt. Semi-dry finish.

Orange pour with a watery off white head and lace. Aroma of cat pee and hard citrus. Semi sweet malt, apple with a nice citrus bitter finish. Medium bodied with nice carbonation for a growler. Very nice well balanced beer. thanks to jcwattsrugger for sharing this one.

on tap @ GIBF, great DIPA, really smooth and nice citrus/pine taste, not overbearing, good alcohol content, you know your drinking a DIPA, but you can have more than one.

Amber pour with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with pine and spruce with citrus and floral herbaceous notes following closely. A slight sweet caramel malt comes through more subtly, dwarfed by the massive hop back. Flavor is extremely bitter- tons of resin and evergreen. Malt sweetness is low for the style, making room for the hop wallop. Palate is medium to full with a sticky sap-like resinous finish.

On tap at the brewpub plus took a growler home. Pours a nice orange/amber color with a small offwhite which recedes, leaving a coating of random white lace. Aroma is all hops. Citrus, floral and pine. Moderate bodied palate with some real pucker power. Flavor is almost all hops with a small amount of malt for balance. If you don’t enjoy your IPAs don’t bother. If you do, you’ll enjoy it.
