Sampled from growler. Golden-orange in colour with a thin white coloured head, no lace. The aroma was of pine, citrus hops, some caramel, orange zest and some earthy malts. The flavour was of light citrus hops, slightly sweet. some caramel. Bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes with a mild bitterness. Straight forward but still quite nice.

Growler from Dirtymike at the 6/4/05 Mondial Gathering. Deep orange to light amber-auburn. Mostly clear with a small white head that recedes to ring. Oranges and honey, cascades and caramel. Citrus fruits/orange-rind in the flavor, with lightly dry herbs. Quite bitter, some orange-candy notes and a very bitter finish. Light yeast and doughy chewiness on the end, with a low, pleasant carbonation and medium to medium-full body. A traditional take on the American IPA, very classy and well-hopped, but does not leave out the malt (though it still is a bit too overly bitter for my tastes).

Clear reddish copper color with a thin white head. Aroma of citrusy hops. Flavor of citrusy hops with a decent malt base, subdued sweetness, bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.

4oz sample @ Brewpub. Good nose, citrusy, piney. Clean orangy copper color, small white beige head. Bitter flavors. Citrusy, lemon/orange/grapefruit. carmel in the background. Medium body, lite creamy mouthfeel, bitter finish. Nice ipa, though at this point I sampled several beer and feel like I was starting to have palate fatigue. I’ll be back
