tonyc603 (43), New Hampshire, USA Jan 22, 2007 I was lucky enbough to get one of the last bottles of this stuff. Amazing beer, combines wit beer with the subtlties of chardonnay wine. Fruity, acidic, vanilla, wood, all the good stuff. This was hazier than the regualr Nit Wit, which was good to see, had that lemonade appearance more. I wish there was more of this. Aroma is medium fruit, sweet-honey, yeast. Taste is vanilla, medium fruit, sweet-honey, yeast, wheat, wine, flowery-corriander. Occasional. Good effervescence. BitchesBrew (693), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA Dec 1, 2006 [bottle @ brewpub] Nice golden color, with a small bubbly head. Slightly sweet, citrus aroma. Flavors are quite interesting and complex- wheat provides a solid foundation, with spicy coriander, hops and some nice oak complexity. Not your average Wit at all- this is tasty, interesting stuff.
