Complex copper-coloured beer. The initial hoppiness is balanced with a long fruity, malty finish. Very moreish.

Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, overripped apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100120]

Cask. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as a lighter note of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, as well as a lighter note of fruits.

Cask. Deep orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready and caramelly malty along with some mild green apples as well as some floral and grassy hops. Flavour is floral and grassy hops along with some bready and biscuity maltyness. Some slight fruityness towards the finish.

Cask @ The Pembury Tavern, Hackney. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty aroma with some weak hints of dark fruit. Sweet fruity and malty flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Clear amber beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Well balanced toffee malt with fresh apple orange hop. Mild bitterness. Dry finish. Very drinkable.

Cask Stillage at Staffordshire University, Stoke on Trent 15/09/2001 Mid brown coloured and rich on the palate. Wheaty finish. 3. Cask Stillage from the Festival Bar at the Cricket Club, Barnton 23/11/2007 Some malt aroma. Amber golden coloured and floral with some bitterness and roast malt in a crisp and dry earthy finish.
