Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, overripped apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100120]

Cask. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as a lighter note of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, as well as a lighter note of fruits.

Cask. Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. Nutty nose. Light body, sweetish caramel and nuts. Hardly any bitterness. Very quaffable but also very unspectacular. 200110

Cask. Deep orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready and caramelly malty along with some mild green apples as well as some floral and grassy hops. Flavour is floral and grassy hops along with some bready and biscuity maltyness. Some slight fruityness towards the finish.

Cask at Pembury Tavern, Hackney, London. Clear bronze colour. Fruity hay aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lots of hay, notes of chlorine. Low bitterness.

Cask @ The Pembury Tavern, Hackney. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty aroma with some weak hints of dark fruit. Sweet fruity and malty flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Cask handpull at Pembury Tavern March BF 2007. Copper colour with lasting thick beige head. Malty, but well balanced hop which helps. I like it. Simple, but balanced and drinkable.

Clear amber beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Well balanced toffee malt with fresh apple orange hop. Mild bitterness. Dry finish. Very drinkable.
