On tap at the Milwaukee Ale House. Cloudy yellow. No head. Flavor has lots of clove and banana to it. An ok version of an american wit.

Pours clear light golden. Minimal head. Belgian yeast. Wheat. Some spices. Ho hum but solid.

A nice bit of spicyness is present in this otherwise bland wit style beer. Not bad.

Flight on tap at the brewpub (Milwaukee, WI). Pours a rich golden orange hue, a bit darker with some healthy glow. Creamy offwhite head atop dies to a ring and laces small. A touch of haziness and darker quality. Aromas are a rich wit aroma of orange peel and coriander, lots of oranges. Mixing with flaked wheat, gentle spice, and cereal grains, bread, and wheat. A lively orange oil zest. Initial is lighter bodied offering a healthy blast of orange up front, zest and spice, gentle coriander grows. Touches of spice, dry grass, and flaked dry bread, a touch of doughiness. Lively orange wins me over. Solid fresh wit, with a finish is a bit dry and grainy, with lingering bready qualities as just a faint glow of orange and coriander linger.

Draft at Milwaukee Brewing. Pours a hazy pale gold with a nice white head. Nose is pretty bland, light citrus and some cracker crumbs. On taste, pretty similar. Soft citrus and crackers, hint of pilsner malt. Some white pepper notes maybe? Blue Moon is pretty much the same thing...

Draft sample at brewpub. Poured hazy golden color with an average creamy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sweet citrus aroma. Medium body with a light sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet spicy finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

On tap. It is a light, fruity, springy witbier that has a lot of flavor punch, but for what it is it could be a bit more focused and interesting.

A good light "belgian" beer that was easy to drink and easy to bridge some friends into off of miller lite. mild yeasty aroma some light bread definitely some sweet attributes. A hay colored pour w/ a nice white head. Avg pal. Quite drinkable.

On tap at brew pub, pours a pale yellow with some lacing, the aroma is very light with a touch of fruit, the flavor has some fruit and clove notes to it, just okay.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2011 Imperial Pint at MAH. Cloudy orange-tan. Thin, creamy head. Orange-ginger, very spicy but smoothed out by the yeast. Not bad, but could benefit for a less spice forward recipe..it lacks wheaty vanilla tones. Borderline US spicebomb Saison. Drinkable, good enough.
