Pours a copperish colour with a big off white head. Aroma is strong of alcohol, coriander and malts. Taste is a little unbalanced in my opinion, really heavy on the spice. Mouthfeel is full and very carbonated. Maybe I just need to try it again.

Mar 27, 2008 Pours a nice dark brown with a large bubbled smallish head. Overwhelming aroma of coriander but some sweet malt is evident underneath. Flavor is overwhelming coriander that is so strong that it covers up the other flavors. I sent this one back as it was borderline undrinkable (i.e. drain pour). It did have a nice silky mouthfeel. By far the worst beer I have ever enjoyed at my favorite local brewpub.

Mar 19, 2008 This was by far the best beer I encounterred at a very nice night of drinking at the Milwaukee Ale House. A deep amber beer with just a hint of a head, it tastes like sourdough bread laced with citrus honey. Extremely drinkable.

Jul 25, 2005 Tap: dark ruby color with film for head. Aroma very sweet and spicy. Residuel sugar with some clove. Flavor much the same with a bigger caramel kick. I thought this was easily ther best beer.
JPDIPSO (4210), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA
Jun 30, 2005 Dark copper color with a modest light beige head. Mild toast and caramel aromas with hints of clove and cinnamon. Full feel, but not overly heavy as the aromas may suggest. Mild wheat and toasted barley flavors, give way to an interesting fruit and spice mix (mincemeat pie comes to mild). A decent effort, but nothing really stands out to make this special.
