Tap. Clear golden-amber body, small white head that leaves some dense lacing. Clean cereal aroma. The flavor brings in a strong malty, pale grain element that that’s simultaneously complimented by flavorful, zesty lime/plan stem hops. The finish is similarly balanced with each flavor component trading dominance over time. Medium mouthfeel with an acidic, tingly carbonation. A good step up from your usual brewpub lager! Characterful hopping.

Hazy gold body featuring heavy carbonation. Short-lived head that leaves soapy lacing. Somewhat sulphury stem-hop aroma over pale biscuit malt. The flavor perks up with bitter noble hops conjoined with astringent bitter husks. Pale cracker malt in the background. The hops are pronounced which I like bu thte astringency gets in the way of everything else.
1FastSTi (2402), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA Feb 6, 2006 I actually didn’t think this beer was "that" bad. It pours to a copper/bronze body with a creamy white head. Awesome lacing. The aroma is corn husks with sweet grassy hops. The flavor is sweet/bitter grassy hops with what comes off as lactose sugars atop a nice light malt bill. Toasty. The palate is creamy, medium bodied, and astringent. Goes with this beer. LePoopie (151), Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, USA Feb 5, 2006 Tried as part of a beer sampler at the Milwaukee Ale House. Aroma was non-existant. Has a golden amber color, with a white head. Had an OK hoppy flavor to it. Good body, with slight carbonation. Overall, it’s palatable, but it’s one of the weaker brews at the Ale House. JPDIPSO (4286), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Nov 8, 2005 Updated: Feb 7, 2006Rerate: new batch 7 February, 06. Lightly hazed dark amber liquid with a thick rich, heavy cream colored head. Scads of lace. Sweet creamy aromas with a light fruit component that gives a cream ale impression. Nice noble hops aroma, not real strong, but very inviting. Reminds me of a pale ale I made some years ago with a pils hop schedule. LIght carbonation with a creamy feel. Cross between a kolsh, helles, and a cream. This ne recipe works in my book. LIght malt mixes with a zesty, near spicy hops balance. A slight bit to acidic in the middle and finish, but a brew I would enjoy watching the boats go by this next summer.
8 November 05 (5,3,4,3,8 - 2.3). Lightly hazed golden liquid. Moderate off white head. Herbal and mild dough aromas. Grass and wild flower/weed flavors overtake the mild pale malt flavors. Mild alcohol notes. A brew competing with some of the eastern bloc euro brews.
