Milwaukee Ale House Honey Sols

The appearance is a white head that laces like a dream atop a semi-opaque copper body. The aroma is mild grassy hops, sweet malts, and a light fruit aroma like apples. The flavor is sweet and get a little caskiness (barely discernable). There are grapefruit and grass hops with caramel malts and subtle apple peel. Very easy on the tongue. The palate is good because it was served at cask temp. Very appealing with good carbonation and a medium mouthfeel.

Golden color small white well laced head. Big grass hop and light carmel malt aroma w/ a touch of apples and pears.. but a bit to light. Palate is a bit dry but well coated. Flavor is a nice dry citrus and grass hop w/ a lite malt kick and a bit of a floral finish. Overall the casking seemed to bring out the floral and smooth the beer.. good stuff.
