Skyview (2806), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA May 19, 2008 Served on draught at the Wisconsin Micro-brewers Beerfest in Chilton, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear orangish amber brew with a creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit zest, some caramel malt and a touch of herbal spice. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of caramel malt but with more citrus and grapefruit zest flavors on to of the base beer. Finish has a mild bitterness aftertaste that slowly lingers away after the finish.
mkebeerparty (10), , USA Jul 21, 2008 One of favorite beers from the Milwaukee Brewing Company. On tap at the Milwaukee Ale House ($2.50 imperial pints at happy hour - 4-7pm weeknights!) Brewed at the facility just a few blocks away on South Second Street, so you know its always fresh in Milwaukee.
Has a citrus (possibly lemon) aroma, with real strong flavors - it has a real bite to it. phishpond417 (1409), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Jun 11, 2008 Pours a hazey orange copper body with a nice moderately sized white head. Plenty of lacing on the glass and citrus fruit that bubbles up through this highly carbonated brew. Tight, crisp hop flavor followed by a sweet and bitter battle to the finish. shendrix (435), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Mar 19, 2008 Fair warning, pales are not my cup of tea. This example of the genre seems to me to have no flavor other than the aggressive floral hops that muscle their way right up to the front. My first, and last. quizmaster (11), USA Dec 19, 2007 Another great tap beer at the Ale House. My personal favorite, this beer is relatively strong but not difficult to drink at all.
