COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Full bodied, orange hued ale. A variety of toasted and caramel malts create a nice backdrop to the aggressive citrus and floral hop notes.

12 oz. beer refrig. bottle carefully poured to a Czech-pils glass, but still produced an overly abundant amount of cream colored, meringue-like head foam on top of a hazed, orangy gold hued liquid, with a good deal of rising effervescence to the modest amount of beer that was exposed, and lasting, patchy lacing. The nose was lemony & grapefruity, some sweetness, and a touch of pine. The flavor was a decent earthy, rindy, and lingering hop bitterness, but was otherwise very sweet to the taste. Light bodied, with any good effervescence wasted on the head, as the carbonation seemed to flatten out, leaving the texture a little thin on the palate. Alcohol influence was negligible. The aroma was promising, but the appearance and taste were more in line with many homebrew/extract recipes that I’ve sampled.

Can. Slight haze, orange copper pour with a foamy head. Citrus and floral hop, some caramel sweetness. Bitterness is moderate. Not bad.

On tap @ Milwaukee Ale House, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nice amber hue. Aroma of hops is second only to the palate punch you get from the bitterness. WOW! This is one spicy meatball! Hopped to the max. Not a slammer. One has to sip this. If you’re looking for a sweet tasting light beer, this aint it!

Deep orange pour with off-white head. Nose is sweet caramel and vegetal pine hops. Sweet caramel malt upfront, lightly toasted, with more vegetal and somewhat minty hops. A little slick and heavy on the palate. Pretty gross.

Very tasty and perfect look to this beer. I have enjoyed it greatly on a recent trip To the Milwaukee ale house as the wife is now driving at 7.7% each. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Can. Pour is a hazy golden with foamy white head. Aroma is weak hops, flavor is even weaker, kind of stale hops. Really nothing special.

Draft at the Ale House. This is a dark amber, rusty beer. DRinks with a sharply bitter edge, but suffers from a terrible, off-putting mashiness, coming across like a bit of sour orange. (#5147, 7/5/2013)

Can from Joe and served in my GI IPA tulip: Pours an amber hue with a great lasting head and above average lacework. the aroma has very light dankness, some citrus and pine along with plenty of bready and caramel malt notes. A bit soapy as well. The taste is restrained bitterness, light candied fruit and some toasted bread with slight sweetness from crystal malts. The mouth feel is smooth and quaffable. Really a tad underwhelming in this day and age of rip ur face off IPA’s... more akin to an APA than IPA.

Slightly cloudy and golden Amber color. Malty and slightly yeasty aroma. Bready character with a mild citrus bitter finish.
