COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Full bodied, orange hued ale. A variety of toasted and caramel malts create a nice backdrop to the aggressive citrus and floral hop notes.

12 oz. bottle. This beer pours a reddish amber with a off white, sticky head. Malt forward aroma with lots of biscuit and toffee overtones. There is a bit of shortbread as well, caramel notes too. The hop presence is mostly mild leafy, grass hops. This is not the en vogue hop bruiser of an ipa Iíve grown to enjoy. Flavor has a mild bitterness that is leaflike with spritzes of citrus. Some toffee, some residual malt sweetness. I detect a fair amount of astringency, but Iím unsure where thatís from. Some nondescript bitterness comes out towards the back. Eh. It is what it is. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Amber body with a small white head. The aroma is all malt, lots of caramel, toffee, and buscuit. There is just a hint of floral hops. The flavor is similar, mostly sweet. I assume this is somewhat old, should probably rate again.

Slightly hazed orange pour with a khaki head. Mediocre hop aroma of grass, flowers, pine, and orange peel. A bit of green apple, straw, and some sweet caramel. The taste is kind of astringent and bitter. Pine, grass, and floral hop notes, mild citrus, and some sweet caramel and bread notes.

Bottle share by Bob, dark hazy amber pour with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malt and some spicy hops. Taste is yeast and some citrus hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Thanks to CanIHave4Beers! A rich copper pour is topped with a fluffy light tan head. Bright citrus and caramel are up front on the nose. There is also a little bit of dough. This tastes like sugared up grapefruit mixed with iced tea. There is a little bit of caramel in the strong black tea finish. A little too sweet and unbalanced for my tastes. Smooth mouthfeel for the ABV.

Bottle pour copper. Nose dank hop and earthy malt. Some metallic. Taste also dank and earthy, some bitter early. Noir all that appetizing.

High sweetness, lacking in hops. Not too impressed with this one. Just OK.

Hops hit you immediately with a sweet flavor. Goes down smooth with the perfect amount of carbonation. Finish is surprisingly bitter but still enjoyable.

12 oz. beer refrig. bottle carefully poured to a Czech-pils glass, but still produced an overly abundant amount of cream colored, meringue-like head foam on top of a hazed, orangy gold hued liquid, with a good deal of rising effervescence to the modest amount of beer that was exposed, and lasting, patchy lacing. The nose was lemony & grapefruity, some sweetness, and a touch of pine. The flavor was a decent earthy, rindy, and lingering hop bitterness, but was otherwise very sweet to the taste. Light bodied, with any good effervescence wasted on the head, as the carbonation seemed to flatten out, leaving the texture a little thin on the palate. Alcohol influence was negligible. The aroma was promising, but the appearance and taste were more in line with many homebrew/extract recipes that Iíve sampled.

Can. Pour is a hazy golden with foamy white head. Aroma is weak hops, flavor is even weaker, kind of stale hops. Really nothing special.
