COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship brand; this medium bodied amber ale starts with a rich malt flourish that’s kept in perfect balance by a smooth hop finish. This MKE original is similar to a German style alt beer.

Aroma is citrus. Pours picture perfect - medium head that rises just over rim of pint glass. Taste is slightly bitter with hints of brown sugar and caramel.

pours rich copper with a smallish but frothy off white head. Nice aroma of caramel malt. Pleasant malty taste. Semi-sweet finish. Easy drinking. Good!

On tap at Miller Park. Plastic cup, blah. Brew City, watching the Brew Crew, and there are few craft choices in the park? Sweet red malts. Decent.

16oz can to cervoise. Pours clear amber, short white head. Aroma of caramel, white toast, brown sugar, maybe banana. Taste of same with sweet malt grain bill. Pretty smooth drinker.

Poured from 12 oz. bottle. Clear, rusty amber with a 2-finger beechwood colored head and good lacing. Aroma of caramel, toast, sweet malt and a bare hint of hops. Taste of intense malt, caramel, a little toast, brown sugar and a touch of citric hops. Medium body and medium carbonation. A fairly sweet malt bomb. Nothing offensive, but nothing endearing either. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

[Bottle] Amber colored pour with little head. Aroma is of dusty malts, caramel malts and a light roast. Sticky caramel, brown sugar, crisp hops and a bit of nut in the flavor. Light carbonation. Creamier than their other beers. Nothing crazy in the flavor department, but the texture and body is pleasant.

12 oz bottle pours clear amber with a white head. About as low-key as a beer gets. No real flaws. Clean and crisp. Just not a whole lot going on.

Hazy Brown, Huge Soapy Foam Head that Lasts and Leaves Lots Of Thick Lacing. Not Sure why but half of bottle gushes out once you pop a cap open. Has tiny Little Floaters. Faint Malt and Earthy Aroma. Taste About The same: Slightly Sweet Malt, A Little Earthy. Not Too Special Easy Drinker. No Dates, So No Way to Tell How Much Past Its Prime. Wish I Knew Of This Place While I Lived In Milwaukee. Passed it Many Times Without Knowing It is There. Gonna Have to Stop For A Tour Next Time I’m In Town. OK Session Beer.

Can at Bug Club. Sorry, first rule of Bug Club is that you do not talk about Bug Club. Malty nose and malty taste. Slightly bitter finish, but mostly a malt bomb. Some diacetyl butter too, which goes ok with the malt.
