On tap at smoke daddy. Pours slightly cloudy straw pale. Flavor is rich crisp creamy and a tad spicy. You can tell it’s a bit of a spotted cow clone but that’s not a bad thing and it’s well executed.

Poured from draft at smoke daddy. Golden pour with creamy head. Lemony aroma. Definitely creamy. Lemon creamy. Pleasant but average

A good effort. Bitter for a cream ale. Not up to the standard set by New Glarus Spotted Cow.

bottle. golden with small head. lots of belgian spice. this seems far more like a white ale than a cream ale, but whatever... it’s refreshing and quite drinkable.

Scipio (488) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - OCT 10, 2012
Pours a very carbonated, bubbly, hazy yellow with a big frothy white head. Aroma is a little more mild, with lemon, grass, bread, and floral hops. Taste is more lemon and less yeast, with some grassy notes still around. Easy to drink and refreshing. Lemon aftertaste. Light in body with some soft carbonation. Nothing really complex here. It is what it is and you could do worse.

Frank (2188) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 5, 2012
Hazy w/ a huge head of fine bubbles. This is either a very non-standard cream ale or this is showing some signs of poor sanitation. The nose is quite nice though w/ a hefty heaping of heathery hops. Taste is pretty nice too, dry spicy and a bit citrusy. I think this has an infected but it kind of turned into an accidental saison or something.

Really good for the style. Ill take it over a spotted cow. So shoot me for it. A decent one.

On tap at brewery. Slightly cloudy pour. Smooth mouth feel. Not bad but not a big fan of cream ales.

Witbier yellow with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is strange an grainy with a touch of honey. Taste is sweet with corn, elements of cream soda and a touch of nobility and mild off flavors. Try as I may, I just can’t get into this style.

Aroma is mildly nutty malts and a hint of hops. The flavor is mildly sweet malts, citrus/fruit and a slight bitterness but mostly smooth finish.
