2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
You see this can and it just exudes pure class. Iím speechless. The beer inside is wonderful as well. Itís got a metallic note which seems to come from hops, which is a good sign because that means they used hops or some sort of hop extract in the making of this beverage. Itís a bit sweet and very fizzy, which makes it come off a bit watery. The taste is not altogether bad tasting w/ lost of mineral character from the water. Normally, this mineral taste is something I associate w/ very fine pilseners and the like but I suppose water softening costs money so Iím unsurprised to find it in a cheap beer also. Overall, I reckon this beer is kinda good but in a bad way.

Clear, gold, white foamy head.
Sweet corn, honey, grain scent.
Sweet corn malt, barley, water....artificial sweeteners..watery, apple-y/fruit taste.
Probably much better if there was actual ice in it......like, a slushy....and itís 92 degrees out......and you just donít care anymore....you know, THAT kind of beer......MMMMM-Melanie !!!!!

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
24 ounce can. Corny barley malt and straw aroma. Medium yellow with large white head. Sweet corn syrup malt and light straw flavor. Crap for body. Awful - another crap lager from City. Typically would expect a cleaner, lighter beer with the "ice" connotation, but alas it was not to be.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Milwaukee Special Reserve Ice has an initially medium, off-white head (which fizzes away, much more like a soft drink than a beer), a clear, somewhat bubbly, straw appearance, and no lacing left behind. The aroma is of wet straw, and the flavor is of cheap, store-brand grape drink, wet straw, green apple, with even a touch of hop bitterness at the back end. Mouthfeel is light, and Milwaukee Special Reserve Ice finishes semi-dry and unappealing. But, I was able to choke it down. RJT

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz. can. It pours a decent clear yellow gold color with a nice white head that shrinks pretty quickly. The aroma is mostly apples with some very light bready malt, dough and lager yeast. No hops to speak of. The flavor is very light and watery with some hints of uncooked dough and lightly tart and sweet apples. Very plain and watery finish, but thankfully not as sweet as expected. Still not dry though. I can see this going down ok as a substitute for the macros. It may be a step below in quality though if Iím being honest.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
30 pack for under $12. I am glad my brother bought it and I only took 1. Clear yellow pour with white head. Aroma is corn, cereal grains. Taste is cereal grains, not much taste. A strange aftertaste.

24oz can in a plastic bag baby - sweet corn and grain. Not that bad for what it is. Donít regret it.

The aroma is very subpar, but the taste is a pleasant surprise of mediocracy. My only gripe is the brutal aftertaste, but if there were a case in my roommateís fridge, I would steal a few

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
12oz can poured into a shaker. Pours a clear yellow with minimal head. Aroma of grains and corn. Taste is liggt sweet. Mostly corn with a weird aftertaste. Medium bodied with a slightly sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a surprisingly long finish. Overall, meh. Not awful, and actually quite poundable.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Can, poured into Ridel Wine glass.
The color is pale and perfectly clear, the head is large, fluffy and white, the head is also fading fast.
The aroma is sweet and corny, not espcially inviting, itís got some acidic canned tomato charcter and more and more alcohol expression as it warms.
The flavor is tinny, not as weird or vegetal as the aroma... Itís fairly boozy, fairly sweet... kind of bland.... Not really a pale lager, not really a Malt Liquor.
