24oz can from a gas station in Sisters, OR. Pretty low boost for "Beast Ice". Pours clear golden with medium soapy foam. Okay retention. Spicy, sweet apple pie nose. Taste is biting alcohol, sticky sweet apple pie. Nothing too soapy, lots of sugar, no vegetal or fusel notes. Nothing offensive really besides the heavy sweetness. Much better than expected. Womencantsail and pepsican approved.

Oct2813 on the bottom. Didn’t bother pouring this. Meh. The alcohol can sort of be smelled and tasted, even though this beer is at 5.9%, which, as we craft drinkers know, really isn’t that high at all. It’s subtle, but there. The flavor is really sweet... sweeter than most AAL’s I’ve had. Really gets cloying as I drink more and more, actually. Corn syrupy, to be honest. Sure the ABV’s a bit higher, but not THAT high. The feel is really carbonated with a foaminess. I’ve had worse, but not much worse. The corniness seems to come out of this more than other AAL’s I’ve had. The trace of alcohol in the flavor/aroma confuses me. The flavor is too heavy on the corn. At $1.49 for a 24oz can it’s what you’d expect... shitty quality, but it IS pretty drinkable. Probably wouldn’t bother with this one again... though I will say that the price is hard to beat for the ABV. I’d rather have this over a Bud Light or mostly any other light beer, for sure.

24 ounce can from some random gas station. Pours a clear golden color with a large fizzy off-white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of "selected cereal grains." Heh. Strong corn with some pale malts. Some apple notes as well. The taste is corn, pale grainy malts, a strong chemical note. Thin bodied. Even worse than I was expecting, which wasn’t much. 200th pale lager, for what its worth.

Pale yellow color with a thin white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lace. Corn and grain in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, corn and slight hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Not good.

This beer is not consistent from batch to batch except that it is cheap and unpleasant. It must be consumed at a near-freezing temperature to deaden its repulsive taste. The aroma is dull but still rank. The taste is all malt, and that is not a good thing as the malt-bill seems to be a horrible amalgamation of cheap cereals. This one even looks cheap.

I am not a huge fan of the Beast. It has that cheap alcohol finish to it,and I think there are better Iced beers on the market.

Don’t judge me for this... I bought it because we needed beer for a party, and one of the guys said "Just don’t buy Milwaukee’s Best - I HATE that beer." So of course we bought it. Smells like a cheap lager, and tastes like dirty water. Fortunately, there is so little taste that if you’re thinking of something else, you can almost forget you’re drinking it.

473ml can. Big white foam head, sticky. Crystal clean yellow. Cardboard and sour apple smell. Taste almost doesn’t exist, and therefore isn’t bad. Just a hint of cardboard, sour and corn. Body is clean and refreshing. Overall, less offensive than I expected. There are way worst places macro strong could go.
