12 oz. can. This was my dad’s beer of choice because it was cheaper than Hudepohl at the time. Pours a clear light golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor consisted of sweet corn and a touch of apple juice. Slight metallic notes as well. I can’t spin this any other way; it’s not very good. I guess there are some out there that are worse though.

Can carefully decanted into a beer glass while sitting on a nice deck overlooking the Long Island Sound on a nice sunny day as the speedboats and sailboats go by. Pours gold with a billowy white head that dissipates as the beer sits. Smells of apples, corn. some residual perfumy skunky dry notes. Tastes of apples and creamed corn with a light grainy finish. Quaffable for a cheap macro.

Sure, I’ve been drunk on The Beast more than once. Worst time was when in college I woke up on the floor from a party and started drinking the first can I could grab, which turned out to be warm Milwaukee’s Best. But the bad part is, my friend had pissed in that particular can, and I didn’t notice the difference until he woke up and told me halfway through. This is literally piss.

Notorious for the bad aroma, Beast was a favorite purchase in college for the frats, but not when I was buying.

The Beast, in college it was always a toss up between this and Natty, Natty usually won out... super watery skunk water with a terrible finish

Tin. Pale yellow with thin fast dissipating head. Aroma as maize and metal. Metallic flavour. No finish at all. If this is Milwaukee’s best, I’d hate to taste the worst.

Not much better than a 1. Same, same, same. Corn, corn, corn. I am trying to rate more common beers but it is killing me. This is like drinking piss water!

A: A rather impressive pour. Clear golden/yellow with a finger of white head and a touch of lacing. Rather aggressive carbonation. S: Smells sweet and full of corn. Some white grape juice and apple juice too. A little bit of grain and a touch of metal. No really off or offensive aromas, though. T: Sweet corn and grain make up the bulk of the flavor. No real hop flavors here. There is a touch of grainy sweetness to it and perhaps some more of the grape juice sweetness as well. M: Light in body with a moderate to high carbonation. D: I was surprised. This is nowhere near as bad as I had remembered from many drunken nights at the fraternity house.

Regret. Milwaukee Beast. Best served at 0 degrees Kelvin. Pour: Dilute Yellow, Taste: fuel and corn. Carbonation tastes forced.

473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear pale gold with weak white head. Aroma of creamed corn and a touch of garbage. Taste is better - still corn-ridden but without the trash; still too sweet. Thin body, watery and virtually devoid of any finish. Quite weak.
