full bodied. Lots of earthiness and wood. minerally, very well balanced. Moderate bitterness in the mouth then finishes with the hops just lingering. Well balances well made.

From the hand pump at the Sugoi Beer Party at Castle West. Earthy hop aroma with some chocolate, caramel, grass. Really very English in character, with a fresh hoppy edge. Dark amber color. Very smooth and creamy, silky and full. Sweet caramel malt is quite bready, with some honey and good, earthy, hops. Just a bit too sweet.
