Nice fruity cider nose. Lovely melting apple, tart, touch of lemon, sweet finish. Surprisingly greatly enjoyable creamy fruity ale.

Draft - Smells like a sweeter more acidic weizen. Cloudy yellow with a small head. Light and fruity, crisp with a weizen finish. The apples are not evident, but you can see how they have changed and added to the flavours of this beer. A decent refreshing light fruity beer.

Draft to pint glass Yeasty sweet apple aroma, some fruity esters Cloudy amber with a 5mm white head. It tastes like it smells, a yeasty sweet apple, but there’s another artificial taste too which kills it.

Draught at Bungalow. Pale yellow, tad fizzy. Aromas of apples, some delicate hops. Quite sour, a bit watery, but refreshing. Almost no aftertaste. Good as a starter beer, but then is move on to something more substantial.

Bottled (thanks Kim S.!). Very hazy yellow "pineapple squash" colour, small white head. Aroma is is not too much anything, just a mild tart sour apple thingy, but not strong at all. Flavour is yeast, apples, some malts, mild bitterness and alcohol as well. Interesting, but I think the half bottle is enough. Strange.

Bottle at Shinshu Osake Mura. Hazy golden amber colour with a small white head. Apple wine aroma. Strong apple flavour with a lot of fruitiness and a bit sour.

It is a nice cider like beer with a crisp apple taste at first which was followed by a pleasent sourness which reminded me of green apples. I liked it.

Draught at Qbrick. Banana and apple nose. Light cloudy straw color. Big apple sweetness hits first; then a pleasant tanginess emerges. Very thin body. Wheat base for this beer? Okay.

Tap at Shinshu Sake Mura. Cloudy blonde colour. Looks like beer mixed with apple juice. Small creamy head that soon fades. Aroma is apple juice, slightly spicy, touch of creaminess. Taste is apple juice, slight malty creaminess, brown sugar. Touch of citrus hop at finish. Quite nice, but not sure if this is a good thing. Not very beer like. Lots of fruitiness though. very smooth with just a touch of carbonation to make it interesting. More bitterness towards end. I quite liked it.
