| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 26, 2007 My Bottom Line:
This well-crafted, low gravity Golden Ale offers enough crunchy pale malts to dance with the citrusy and floral hoppiness.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam surrounds the clear blond.
-The finish is one of beer’s finest moments, with its continuing hay-cereal crispness and wooden, herbal hop bitterness.
-The fine carbonation increases drinkability, yet overshadows some of the flavor profile’s subtleties.
-This combination of Saaz and Cascade is entertaining and done with skill.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 31, 2005 I’ve had this on tap before and it was much better. Pale Golden color, thin light head. Dog food and spice mix it up in the nose. Thin light bodied with metalic, fruits with a touch of spice. Dry lightly spiced finish. Damn, I can’t figure out what that spice is. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 21, 2005 Bottle. Pilner Urquell’s little brother. Other that a little bit of dog food in the aroma, I can’t really find anything offensive or wrong with it and so Ima call this a drinkable golden ale. Very light appearance, medium head.
