Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 12, 2008 Barrel at GBBF 2007. A light yellow perry with no head. The aroma is slightly acidic with a slight pear note. The flavor is a mixture of sweet and acidic with medium strong notes of pear, leading to a dry finish. Rastacouere (5409), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Sep 26, 2007 Appearance

Comments: Rather sweet, but quickly drying out, tasty, pear juice oriented soft, if a bit alcoholic perry.
Pub (4119), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Sep 5, 2007 From plastic cask at Harbury beer Fest ’07. Greenish gold with no head. Good dry peary perry, some natural carbonation with a mouth drying tartness. A definite try again. Mes_and_Sim (4477), Highgate, Greater London, England May 28, 2007 A Mes rate:
Boxed baggage at Reading beer festival. Not too attractive looks wise but perry never is. Strange ginger and liquorice aroma. Nice & dry flavour. A little more interesting than first impressions would have you think. Definite whiskey character, finishes like an aged malt. Interesting but not amazing. Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England May 18, 2007 Draught @ Reading BF 2007. Good sharp finish with hints of tropical fruit. Tasty tartness but with a good level of sweetness to balance it out. Perhaps a slight hint of whisky.
