Quack-Duck (5921) - Down South, - APR 5, 2008
bottle, bought at the brewery in autumn 2006. Clear pale yellow, large head. Hoppy nose. The beer is quite hoppy with a nice malty base. Hints of citrus fruit in the hops.

pivnizub (7240) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 5, 2010
Bottle: Golden with a greenish sheen, a bit unclear, smaller - quite rapidly diminishing off-white head; sweetish-grainy nose with a very faint hoppy tinge; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; slightly increasing woody hoppiness towards the short malty-bitter finish. Not bad, but pretty unexciting....

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, herbs and some grains, mild sweet malty notes. Flavour is herbs, some malts and a bit random sweet notes. Aroma not very nice, but flavour was surprisingly good in that matter.

MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - OCT 11, 2010
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized frothy head. Slightly strawy malty aroma with spicy herbal hops and a sweaty touch of barnyard. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malty taste with herbal notes and traces of barnyard, which seems to be part of the house-character (in a positive sense); moderately sweet malty and herbal finish with a shy hoppy bitterness. 06.X.10

500ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, AugustFest2010)
4 Total potage! Meat, potatoes, pulses and vegetables!
2 Pale gold, tiny head
4 Taste follows the aroma. It’s more a soup than a beer, but without the thickness.
2 OK palate, but the finish leaves you with all the this-is-not-a-beer feelings that you’d rather not have had.
7 Something went wrong somewhere - this is presumably not how the brewer intended it. It was well within the BB date (~8 months to go, IIRC), so probably not Markku’s fault.

(Bottle at One Pint Pub Augustfest ’10) Poured pale golden and almost clear. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma containe herbs, meat and vegetables. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, vegetables, fruitiness and malts. Aftertaste was weird and bitter.
