Pours out a purely opaque, dark as night black with no head but a few tan bubbles. The head regenerates into a thin finger of tan foam, but dies instantly. The nose is awesome...huge roasted malt with a mild smoky note, light coffee and chocolate. The flavor is missing the big richness and the body is way too thin. A bit on the watery side, and also missing the warmth of alcohol. Overall, a stout, but very unbalanced.

355ml brown bottle. Deep blackish brown pour with some deeo red highlighting. Good thick foamy cap, beige in colour. Nose is mellow with soft choclate and distant roast malts. Taste - Mild chocolate/cocoa, some roastiness. Finsihes with faint bitterness, dark chocolate notes, lots of dryness. Body is light, average carboantion profile. Overall, a drinkable and mellow stout.

355ml bottle pours dark brown color with a 2 finger beige head that has decent retention and leaves a nice thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild roasted malts and coffee. Taste is roasted malt, coffee and hop bitterness with a mild chocolate malty sweetness. Medium bodied with some decent carbonation. My first quality brew from Mexico and it is quite tasty and I actually enjoyed this one.

Aroma a ligeros destellos de cacao, vainilla y un fondo amaderado. Cerveza obscura, casi negra, en luz con destelos opacos, pero con ligera espuma la cual se dikuye ráidamente. El primer trago es intrigante, ya que no deja sentir sus grados de alcohol, pero a su vez, a pesar de ser amarga, no es seca. lo que deja un agradable sabor en boca. Al pasar por la garganta es cuado se descubre que esta imperial Stout goza de un buen nivel de grados alcoholicos, sin embargo su ligero amagor y sabor a malta tostada, te hacen disfrutarla y querer degustar una mas..... Salud!!!

Bouteille 355 ml. 6% Achetée au Tarrox à Playa Del Carmen. Couleur brune très foncé, presque noire. Arôme de café et chocolat. En bouche, douce, chocolat, un peu de café au lait. Finale sans vrai amertume. Trèe bonne beer mais pas une Stout Impériale...une Stout.

Smooth stout from mexico, roasted malt and coffe in the aroma, roasted malt, chocolate and cofee on the flavors

12oz bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Dark brown pour, very little head. Nose of roasted malt,. chocolate, and coffee bean. Burnt grain flavor - reminds me a bit of malt balls oddly enough. A tad on the thin side as well. Probably the first Mexican brewed stout I’ve ever had.

The aroma has roast, some coffee, light chocolate. Black coloured beer with an off-white, thin head. The taste is sweet, has roasted malts, light coffee. Bit thin body. Not really an imperial stout, as you might expect.

Oscura, buen cuerpo, espuma fina, aroma agradable a cafe, sabor complejo a cafe, con caracter, una excelente opcion.
