33cl bottle at Club de la Cerveza, Playa del Carmen. It pours a clean dark brown color with ruby edges and small off white head. Aroma is roasty nutty and sweet, with milk chocolate vanilla and molasses. Taste is also medium sweet and lightly dry roasty with more wood, molasses, coockie dough and vanilla notes. Medium bodied with ok carbonation. Overall, ok

A good beer considering the price, good appearance and nice smell however, I can not consider as a stout imperial, In general terms, I like.

Pours black. Thin head. A little oily. Rich toasty aroma and flavor with minimal chocolate and sweetness. Some lactose. Balanced by the bittering hops. Very delicious.

Cerveza de gran cuerpo, color oscuro, aroma y sabor a cacao y café,Minerva Stout Imperial se casa a la perfección con sabores dulces como el de las trufas de chocolate amargo o para acompañar carnes rojas en general.

Another smash hit from the 7-11 on the corner, Roma, DF. Medium brown. Not much head. Slightly sweet, molasses aroma but with a bit of bitter chocolate. Palate is rich, with a bit of tar and Okinawan black sugar. Good body. Soft finish.

Una otra obra maestra de 7-11 en mi esquina. La color es marron media. El aroma es de piloncillo y un poco de chocolate amargo. El sabor es rico, con un poco de brea y azucar negro de Okinawa. Fuerte cuerpo, pero dulce final.

Roasted smokiness. Not particularly great. Pours dark black with thin head. Powerful taste throughout.

My Bottom Line:
This Stout attempt shares tobacco, earth and chocolate while light acidity builds on the palate.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy head of foam tops the dark brown.
-The soft body is marred by the fruity acidity.
-Roastiness is lengthy.
-Harmony isn’t at play throughout...

On tap at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City.

0.355l bottle. Black body, foamy light brown head. Very fruity aroma (dark fruits) with notes of chocolate, cherries and vanilla. Taste reflects the aroma. Chocolate, dark fruits, cherries and vanilla again. Somewhat weak in the body but it’s nice.

bottle 355 mL, poured in pint, deep black beer, nice medium tanned head that lingers for a bit, hoppy and chocolate aroma. tastes of malts with lots of roasty chocolate and coffee, well ballanced with the bitter though quite drinkable ending, very surprised with this cause is really nice and also quite cheap, although due the ABV and the taste id think is more a porter than a imperial, very tasty anyway, will repeat without a doubt
