Location: 12 oz bottle from State Line, 10/29/12

Aroma: The nose is pale malts, some grains, fruity notes, honey, and some light hoppiness
Appearance: It pours a hazed golden-orange color with a small sheet of white head and some light lace
Flavor: The taste of this beer is a little bit sweet, somewhat grainy, and has a light bitterness to it
Palate: The body is fairly light as well, it has average-to-fizzy carbonation, and a slightly off mouthfeel
Overall Impression: This one was not a favorite for me. Nothing about it was truly terrible, but it hardly stuck out in any way, shape, or form. I’d pick it over some crappy adjunct lager, but it wasn’t really all that much better then a lot of those either. Not really a winner for me.

Bottle. Golden pour with decent white frothy head. Smells of malt. Tastes of sweet malts with a slight bitter finish. Not one i would get again.

Bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of bread, earthiness, light fruittiness and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread and a hint of fuittiness with a crisp finish.

Bottle from State Line. Pours gold with 1-finger white head that laces well. Nose is pale malt, honey, hops. Tastes crisp, with notes of honey, apricotty fruit, pale malt, and a smooth finish and decent complexity. This one is good.

Pours a dark golden color. smell is sweet, some soap. taste is sweet, soapy, dry at the finish. Overall a flavor profile that I just don’t get.

I don’t understand the fuss about skunky flavor and poor quality - maybe the samples were old and had turned. Clear, active golden amber with persistent 1/4" head and good spider-web lace. Looks good. Taste is sweet caramel malt that grows through the palate until it is halted by light hopping. The balance is good, the taste works fine for a pils; no big deal, but easy drinking and comfortable.

The aroma has malt, yeast, and herbal hops. The appearance is pale gold with a fairly large sudsy head. The flavor is like corn and paper with light astringent hops. The palate is thin and typical for the style with a light soapy aftertaste

341ml bottle pours a pale straw color with a small white head which leaves little lacing. Aromas of pale malts and light fruits with some light citrus hops. Taste is light malty sweetness with some light fruits and a mild citrus hop bitterness. Light to medium body with decent carbonation. Minhas’ "Brewmasters dream" is only slightly better than a typical macro lager ... disappointing.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Clear yellow brew with white head. Aroma of sweet grain and a bit of lemon zest. Taste is light grains finishing with a bit of grassy hops. A bit of lemon or tart fruit adds some crispness. Overall, not a bad brew.
