2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
From a 12 oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) in a Footed Pilsner glass at 43į. Color is a light gold with fizzy carbonation and a white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is sweet with corn and grain. Starting with a light body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish of blond malts, corn and a touch of yeast. Clean but bland after taste. What can I say its just a plain, common Pilsener.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a deep, clear, golden color with a medium thick, white, dense head. Aroma has a light skunk note, pilsner malt is prevelant, very light sourness and some mild floral hops notes.Flavor has a strong sweet grainy note with some toasted malt notes, light spicy/floral hops note and finishes with a light veggie notes. Lots of carbonation, very crisp, moderate density and a good lacing on the glass. Overall just what I would expect from a label assuring me that "all malt" was used in this beer production.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Last of the Minhas taster pack. Thank God. Bottle. 5.5%. Clear yellow pour with a weak white foam that bubbles away almost instantly. Aroma is skunky hops, grains, and a hint of sweet malts. Taste is identical, but with kind of a sweet burning sensation on the finish. Not unpleasant, but not refreshing either.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Standard gold body with zero bubbles floating on top 10 seconds after pour, looks completely flat. Aroma is chemical, with grass and compost maybe just maybe I can smell a faint hint of hop and citrus. Light Euro like taste with skunk, metallic hops, grass finishes very clean. Crap boring beer but nothing offensive.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
12oz bottle 9/8/09-Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of sweetness, malt, caramel, and corn. Taste of the same with a bit of sourness and grains. This light bodied brew is pretty uneventful.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled. Poured bright honeyed golden with a short cap of whitish head. The aroma picked up lightly-toasted honey, bready, and corn sweetness with mild floral accents.. not bad, but quite adjunct-ey. The flavor had more honey and corn at the core with grassy and grainy bitterness surrounding.. tacky malts and light bitters on the finish. Light-bodied with mild-to-moderate bitterness on the palate.. scratchy carbonation and tacky maltage.. nothing really good here.

2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: SEP 11, 2009 Cloudy dark yellow colour, minimal head. Some interesting aromas....green olive, sweet pumpernickel, soft caramel, but missing the hops. Hops still almost absent in the mouth. A sharp muted dull taste but not accompanied by the smooth bitter grains associated with an pils. Finish has hints of flowers.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Shit... totally forgot I poured this. Oh well, I ainít cooling it down cause Minhas brewed it and it wonít matter one bit. Boring gold brew with a decent amount of foamy white head that sticks around for quite awhile. The aroma is very sweet now - more so than at the initial pour. Sweet grain, nameless fruit, slight skunk, ample malt content with a touch of caramel, my nose wants to pick up metal but I just canít convince it. Most of that sweetness is not found in the taste leaving the majority of the flavour to the soft malts, slight sourness that comes near the finish of every sip. The hops blend in pretty well considering what we are working with here. The more I think about it the more this resembles a big 40oz on something. Why do I feel a head ache coming on? Iím confused. Iíve enjoyed this but itís pretty much crap.

In the bottle from a cheap sampler pack from HyVee. This smells soapy and a bit like vegetables. I cracked one of these open right after mowing the yard and it STILL SUCKED!!! What does that tell you? This leaves a very upleasant hop bitterness of something spoiled on your tongue long after youíve finished the beer. Another Minhas classic!

Yellow pour, white head. Light aroma of hops and pale malts. Sweet flavor without much hop flavor at all. Easy to drink. Light body.
