2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 DocLock (6789) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 16, 2012
Bottle from State Line. Pours dark straw at bottom to medium copper on top into my Stone Levitation tulip glass. The head is off-white and small, going away quickly and staying away. Nose is vienna malt, brown sugar, heavy butyric acid. Tastes somewhat sweet, with notes of vienna malt, nuts, brown sugar, an overall sweetness, and a light palate in density and heft. Not a drain pour, but not great.

Pours an amber color. Smell is mild, some malts. Taste is yucky, plastics, cough syrup. Overall a lousy beer.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 rondphoto (983) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUN 16, 2012
Clear medium-dark orange amber with a rim head and only a few spots of lace. I’d never had a sweet-n-sour beer.....until now. I don’t mean good like Chinese, I mean bad like sweet caramel malt going in, moving to an odd not-beer taste of sour. The flavors are bold, which is a positive. Trouble is, I don’t care for the overall effect.

Brown orange pour with a white head. Light aroma of malts and a little caramel. Not as smooth as I expected. Sweet flavor. Pale malts, some caramel, yeast/ bread finish

341ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel and mild grassy hops. Taste is light caramel malty sweetness with some light fruit and mild grassy hop bitterness. Light to medium body with little carbonation. Seems to have lower quality ingredients which makes me wonder why they use "Craft" in the name of their brewery.
0.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20 airfigaro (1) - Wisconsin, USA - MAR 25, 2012 does not count
Caramel malt without much trace of hops. Sweet alcohol and slightly metallic aroma. amber, cloudy, appearance, very thin head. heavy cloying sweetness, medium sourness. Oily texture with soft carbonation (could have used a lot more). Overall, this was a terrible experience, not much drinkability.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Medium amberbrew with thin white head. Aroma of light malt, brown sugar, vegetal funkiness. Taste is sweet with an unpleasant sour bitter finish. Thin palate. Not so great.

Bottle from the Minhas brewery gift shop in Monroe, WI. Pour doesn’t look all that amber, more of a pale gold. Very minimal white head. Nose is a little carmel funk. Fairly light and watery palate. Taste is caramel malt, grain, and maybe just a tick of metallic character. Not very good.
0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 hamfisted (55) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 6, 2011
We made the mistake of purchasing a sampler pack of Minhas beers. Horrible. We were okay with the first we sampled, but the second and then this one went down the drain after a few sips.

Pours a clear amber with little white head. Smells a bit of butter and alcohol. Taste is similiar, but a bit more harsh.
