341ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel and mild grassy hops. Taste is light caramel malty sweetness with some light fruit and mild grassy hop bitterness. Light to medium body with little carbonation. Seems to have lower quality ingredients which makes me wonder why they use "Craft" in the name of their brewery.

Caramel malt without much trace of hops. Sweet alcohol and slightly metallic aroma. amber, cloudy, appearance, very thin head. heavy cloying sweetness, medium sourness. Oily texture with soft carbonation (could have used a lot more). Overall, this was a terrible experience, not much drinkability.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Medium amberbrew with thin white head. Aroma of light malt, brown sugar, vegetal funkiness. Taste is sweet with an unpleasant sour bitter finish. Thin palate. Not so great.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Bottle from the Minhas brewery gift shop in Monroe, WI. Pour doesn’t look all that amber, more of a pale gold. Very minimal white head. Nose is a little carmel funk. Fairly light and watery palate. Taste is caramel malt, grain, and maybe just a tick of metallic character. Not very good.

We made the mistake of purchasing a sampler pack of Minhas beers. Horrible. We were okay with the first we sampled, but the second and then this one went down the drain after a few sips.

Pours a clear amber with little white head. Smells a bit of butter and alcohol. Taste is similiar, but a bit more harsh.

Pours light amber with medium-thick white head. Some caramel and fruity notes on the nose. Taste has notes of caramel & sweet malt, mineral water, raisin and corn. Pretty sweet. Light body. Ok, but a bit boring. Haven’t had a great beer from this brewery yet.

I’m usually pretty generous with the ratings, but I have to agree with previous testers and say that this one from Minhas is ultimately forgettable. Pours amber with a little haze and an almost non existent head. Aroma is somewhat grassy and a little nutty. Taste is unremarkable, little more than flavored water with little carbonation. Very light on the palate. I’m a big fan of their Lazy Mutt, but this one is a letdown.

This is a pretty generic ass beer. Some light malt flavors, no hops. It really lacks any character whatsoever.

I hope I don’t get in trouble for saying this, but this beer smells like a vagina. I don’t know why, or maybe I do. Anyways, ignoring my personal life, this beer is really not that good, so you can trust the other ratings. I made a "black and tan" with this and Black Hawk Stout in order to get myself through the bottle.
