| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 1, 2009 bottle - Pours very light amber with an aroma of caramel malt and grain. The flavor is of sweet caramel malt, grain, and some off tasting sourness. It’s light bodied and a little watery. Lame beer. Based on the four beers in their sampler, calling Minhas beer "craft beer" is a misuse of the term.

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Sep 29, 2009 From a 12 oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) in a Shaker at 40°. Color is a hazy golden brown with very good carbonation and a tight off white head. Aroma caramel and roasted malt. Taste is crisp and spicy. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down easy with a crisp feel. Finish is mild malt flavor with a light caramel taste, little spice and end with a light bitterness. After taste is a bland fizzy feel. This is a bland, simple amber. Narnad (726), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 23, 2009 Pours from the bottle a hazy amber color with a big, frothy white head. Aroma is kinda metallic smelling with some corn, grainy straw notes with a light creamy vanilla nose. Flavor has a light grainy, light vanilla, grassy hops, a strong metallic note towards the end to go along with the sweet finish. Light density, moderate carbonation rate and some good white lacing on the glass. Overall the flavor was only slightly better than the aroma but it just seemed a bit weird with nothing really standing out to make it a good brew. bulldogops (167), Alberta, Canada

Clear amber pour with a decent white foam, little retention. Aroma is grains and cheese?. I’m unsure exactly but I smelled something creamy anyhow. Taste is surprising given the aroma, just a bland tasting, much too grainy amber ale with little character. Boring.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 10, 2009 Reddish copper body very clear with a minimal cap floating on top, look is very average. Aroma is strong with very sweet malts that turn into a harsh woody alcohol wow how is this only 5.5%. some grainy aromas with apple can also be noticed. Taste is nutty wood, grassy malts, mild apple and sweet harsh alcohol, this almost seems to be a very weak barly wine. Lots of different flavors going on her not all nessecerly bad but all seem fake. Even Banana is starting to show up WHAT THE HELL AM I DRINKING?!?!?!?!?!? After taste is very sweet. I didn’t hate this brew I’m just not sure I liked it. Headbanger (1601), Aurora, Illinois, USA

Aroma of malt, caramel, doughy, and grainy. Taste of the same with a lot of dryness and a bit of grass. This light to medium bodied brew is rather boring but still drinkable. | 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Jul 18, 2009 Thin orangy brew that gave the typical big white foam up and equally fast vanishing act. Things in my nose that are not fingers: grainy malts, apples mixed with some weak citrus works here, mild caramel, faint sweaty skin. The taste is nothing spectacular and nothing offensive yet I assume that I could drink tons of these. Easy drinking beer for sure. Soft caramel backed with grains, awkward bitterness hits in mid sip, faint fruit. Calling this watery is a fair comment. Leaves the mouth dry with a hint of hop. | 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 10, 2009 Strong odour of fresh dough accented with some apple turnover. Strange but true. More of a baked bead brown colour as opposed to amber. Kind of a flat entrance in the mouth. Very dry with a background of some smoke, cocoa and malted barely. Really not much to it considering the bakery of a nose. Qutie fizzy. Finish is grassy.
