0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Looks like beer...tastes like something completely different. Sweet, thick, medicinal, and absolutely devoid of bitterness, hop flavor, or any redeeming qualities. Dumped after about 4 sips.
I bought a 4-pack sampler of bombers because iI saw that it included an ipa and a double ipa... In fact it included two bottles of garbage water. Might seriously email the company and ask them if it was a bad batch or something, because to call this any sort of ipa means either something went horribly wrong with it, or they’re lying intentionally.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Drank this peice of shit for my BJCP exam... My first thought was it might be a miscategorized American barleywine... But then I realized it takes alot to brew that bad of an ipa and that it must be something from Minhas. The great small family oriented handcrafting beer for generation geniuses. Well guess what you forgot to include a significant amount of hops in a double ipa. Disgustingly sweet.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bronze with small head. Dank basement with fruity notes. Fruity Cheerios taste. Hops are prominent but not overwhelming. Tastes like a hopped up lager. Diss appointing.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bomber bottle from Trader Joe’s. Slightly hazy amber colour with fast head. Muted aroma, resinous and has a certain soapy note as well as some green apple. and a yeasty sweetness. Medium bodied brew with some bite and a little sweetness. Overall a pretty weak double IPA and flawed IPA but for $2.25/bottle I was expecting much.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled as Boatswain DIPA from trader joe's. Pours gold, thin white head that leaves some lacing. Nose of pale malt, faint pine. Taste begins with light to moderate bitterness that washes away due to a wave of malt and sweetness. This leads to a short and abrupt finish. Body is solid.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
From a 22 oz bottle shared in Pasadena. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick off white head. Flavors of biscuit and grassy hops. Not a hop bomb -- very malt forward. Smooth and sweetish finish.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. Smells overly sweet, medicinal, even a touch sour. Looks effervescent amber in the glass with a soapy head. Overbearing metallic flavor, stale with little discernible hops, though there is some unpleasant bitterness. This is a double something, but I wouldn’t call it an IPA. Over carbonated.

1.3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 3/20
I’m not sure how you could make a beer this bad accidentally let alone intentionally. No aroma whatsoever. It’s best quality is that it looks like a beer. Tastes of the dankest, funkiest hops possible. If you can use leftover stems to bitter a beer this is the beer that just may have done it. I give it a 3 overall because I’m pretty sure it isn’t poisonous.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Trader Joe’s. Weird but not bad. Aromas of cereal, caramel, and some liquorice. Malty, with bitter notes. Not a typical DIPA.
