COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a fine Canadian-style lager with a full-bodied and strong head. It is made in small batches using pure 2-row barley, premium hops from the Pacific NW, deep well water and our proprietary yeast. It is placed in cold storage (lagered) for a minimum of 30 days resulting in a clean, crisp, smooth tasting beer.

Ok pour - clear good but has a white head that leaves decent lacing. The aroma is all but nonexistent w/ a touch of some weird sweet malt. The taste is somewhat oddly sweet as well w/out any other flavor. It’s ok on the palate tho - mediocre body & has a beer feel. Nevertheless, not good by any means!

hotel tick, i thought this was a Canadian Power lager since it had a maple leaf on the can... nope, sorry, wrong. its brewed in wisconsin which I am pretty sure has no mountains or crest but does have a butt ton of classic lagers. pours a who fucking cares since it was sampled from the aforementioned can. heavy mettalica nose. massive sweetness in the taste, creamed corn, more heavy metal lurks deep with in. taste finishes like elmer’s glue. sweetness lingers. i feel sad.

Can. Pours clear golden yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma heavy pale malt, light corn, and faint butter. Flavor is bland malts and corn with faint grassiness. Light body and medium carbonation.

From a can. Pours very light clear amber with a bubbly off white head. Tastes like sweet malt, grains, musk. Light body and low carbonation. Light, sweet, nutty smell.

Thin pale yellow. Malty aroma. Taste is of corny malt with a metallic hint. Not bad.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2014 Cheapy lager sold as a single. Can poured into pint glass, bright golden color with white disappearing head. Aroma of sweet pale malt and the slightest fruity note. Taste is pretty straight forward pale malt sweetness, slight graininess and corniness. Light body, heavy carbonation, watery with clean finish. The price is certainly right (mine was 80 cents), the beer itself not too remarkable but does the job.

In a nice red, white, and blue can. Zero aroma. Pretty bland flavor which manages to peek a little alcohol in the finish. Not great but worth every penny out of the 50 this beer cost.

Canned. Poured clear straw golden with a sticky white head. The aroma picked up corn and honey notes with some fruity accents.. adjuncty, but clean and non-offensive. The flavor found corn and pale malts, with sticky, lightly-metallic notes and grassy bitterness on the edges.. finished with more honey and corn character. Light-bodied with crisp carbonation on the palate.. this drank better than expected.

Can thanks to David. Poured clear brighter golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweeter corn and honey notes with a pinch of bubble gum.. drier and not that bad. The flavor was more of the same.. corn, honey, and pale malts dry bubble-gummy finish with tacky adjunct sweetness. Light-bodied and tacky on the palate with some grosser sweetness sticking at the back.. for $2 a six pack, this ain’t bad.

Slogan: "Damn Good Beer" and I add "for a 17 year old who wants a cheap drunk from very low-end beer". A - Straw colour with fast disappearing head. Good appearance for its style. S - Sweet malt with slight dimethyl sulfide smell (cabbage) but phenol overtones are noted after a minute. T - No taste, no hops, overly sweet to cover above mentioned off flavours. M - No body with high carbonation at start. Finishes with odd taste at back of tongue I cannot place that is probably due to phenols. Overall: Cheap and bad tasting low-end beer with exaggerated claims to their "craft brewed" and "premium hops from the Pacific NW" which are both completely absent. Serving type: Bottle

Drank this in Wisconsin on a trip. I can not describe how horrible this stuff tasted. Thought we had a batch that sat in the sun to long but a local friend verified that that was indeed its taste.

This is boxer lager with .5% more alcohol and the same horrible, metallic/plastic taste and smell. i bought it because its four pack of pounders were 2 dollars. should have looked that it was from minhas, but then again, at that cheap i should have expected it.
